About Human Rights Commission:

The National Human Rights Commission of India was established on 12 October 1993. Academic Qualification – The candidates should have completed their master’s degree in law from any recognized university. Or,

  • Candidates completing a master’s in Sociology, Science or Social Work or Human rights or Criminology from a recognized University can apply for this post.

Age limit –Applicant should be below 56

Experience – Five years experience

  • For SR Research Officer

Academic Qualification – The applicant should obtain a master’s degree in Political Science, Statistics, Sociology, and History. The degree should be approved by any recognized university or,

Degree in Law from any recognized university affiliated with the Bar Council of India.

Age limit –up to the age of 65 years

Experience – Applicant should have a total of 4 years of research experience in any of the social sciences.

  • For Documentation Officer / Librarian

Academic Qualification – Applicant should obtain bachelor’s degree in Library Science from any recognized University Or,

He or she should have Post Graduate Degree in Library Science from a recognized University

Age limit – The minimum age is 56 years.

Experience – Applicant should have a minimum of 2-year experience in a library including Bibliographical work and Documentation.

  • For Dy. Superintendent of Police

Experience – The applicant should possess experience in the investigation of criminal cases.

  • For Section Officer

Academic Qualification – The candidates should have a law degree from any recognized university.

Experience – Applicant must possess experience in establishment/administration accounts matters.

  • For Research Assistant

Academic Qualification – The candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or,

Degree in law or Human Rights from any approved university affiliated with BCI.

Experience – Applicant should have a minimum of 1-year experience in any recognized research institution/ college/ university.

  • For Junior Accountant

Academic Qualification – Aspirant must have a Bachelor degree with Commerce subjects from any recognized university. He or she also must have good knowledge of computer applications.

Experience – The students should have experience in dealing with cash and accounts matters.

  • For Assistant Librarian

Academic Qualification – before applying for this post, candidates must obtain Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science or Library Science from a recognized institute. Or,

Diploma in Computer Application or studies from any authorized university or institute.

Experience – the applicant should possess at least 2-year professional experience in the library under the state government or central government or autonomous organization or public sector or recognized research university or education institution.

  • For Steno Grade- D

Academic Qualification – Candidates should complete their diploma in computer from any recognized university or institute. He or she should have proficiency in English and Hindi Stenography.

Experience – Possess analogous position in the parent department regularly.

  • For Director Post

Experience – Possess 5-year of experience in general administrative matters or personnel matters.

  • For Joint Director ( research)

Academic Qualification – Applicant should complete their master’s degree in law from any recognized university/institute or,

He or she should obtain a master’s degree in Social Work / Economics / Political Science / Sociology / Human Rights / Psychology / Criminology / Population Studies from any recognized University.

Experience –  Applicant should hold at least 5 years of research experience in any of the above subjects in a recognized university or institution.

  • For Private Secretary

Academic Qualification – Applicant should have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. Plus, holding analogous posts on regular basis or,

Experience – Posses 8-year of regular service in the post of stenographer (pay scale of PB 2 plus GP 4200).

  • For Asstt. Accents Officer

Academic Qualification – The applicant should have passed the accounts service examination or subordinate audit which is conducted by any one of the authorized accounts departments of the central government.

Training – Applicant should complete their training in the accounts and cash work from the institute of secretariat training and management training.

Experience – 3-year experience in accounts, budget and accounts work.
