ITBP, or Indo-Tibetan Border Police, is one of India’s Central Armed Police Forces under the Ministry of Home Affairs. ITBP In-Hand Salary
The starting in-hand salary of an ITBP Constable is usually around ₹35,000 to ₹43,000 per month before adding any special field or border-related allowance. In an X-category city, the amount may be close to ₹42,000–₹43,000. In smaller places, it may remain around ₹35,000–₹38,000.
But ITBP is not a normal city posting job. Many personnel are posted in border areas, high-altitude locations and difficult zones. In such cases, Ration Money Allowance and special compensatory or hardship-related allowances can increase the actual monthly earning. ITBP Pay Scale by Post
